As I read responses and the new article I am incapable for forming the words that would describe how I feel @ this time.
This is the type of things the we as people/love ones don't pay attention to. A crime of passion doesn't just happen, there is always signs and symptoms. We can all detect when we are about to catch a cold. So what do we do? We hydrate, cover up, and/or take vitamins/herbals.
Same as with Domestic abuse the signs and symptoms are there. Grabbing, shaking, yelling, manipulations, jealousy, name calling. All these are silent signs of what's to come. Sometimes gradual, and over time. The end is not always this tragic. But must we wait until the end and see what happens?
How many of you hve volunteered your time to a shelter? How many of you hve helped a loved one when they felt scared of their mate? How many of you Donated your cell phones to be used just for this? Ask yourselves these questions and
wonder what could hve been done to prevent this.
Those battle will never end if we continue to ignore the signs. I hve nothing else to say My heart is broken. She is in a better place, and she is SAFE!!!

UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - Prince George's County Police say the body of a woman who had been missing from her home in Upper Marlboro has been found, and her boyfriend has been charged in connection to her murder.
Investigators say 33-year-old Aaron Spriggs is now charged with the murder of 45-year-old Maris Wilkerson.
In a story FOX 5 broke on Tuesday, Wilkerson went missing from her home in Upper Marlboro on June 25. Police say Spriggs was her live-in boyfriend.
"He reported her missing to us twice actually," said Major Andrew Ellis of the Prince George's County Police Department.
What was strange about her disappearance was the fact that neighbors say she never went anywhere without driving her car, telling a neighbor she was leaving, or making arrangements for her four
dogs.
Based on those facts, investigators suspected foul play. Then, on July 7, a group of people walking on St. Phillips Road in Aquasco found the remains of a body in a wooded area near the road.
"They had some sort of argument or disagreement, he ended up shooting her. Unfortunately she died," says Major Ellis.
Earlier in the week, neighbors who live on Meadowlark Avenue held a candlelight vigil in Maris Wilkerson's front yard. By all accounts, Wilkerson was well-liked by her neighbors.
"Very kind, sweet, generous, thoughtful," said Maurice Davis, a neighbor.
They also say she was extremely meticulous about her lawn.
"She worked in the yard all the time-- cutting grass, putting those bushes up over there," said David Somerville, another neighbor.
