The Rt66Mopars Group is the mailing list for the Route 66 Mopar Club based in Joplin and Springfield, MO and the Ozark Mopar Club of northwestern Arkansas. It is intended for the exchange of information on all Mopar automobiles and for members to talk about club events. You do not have to be a member of either club to join this list, as it is here for anyone who appreciates vintage Mopars in the Route 66/Ozark Mountain region. Anyone is welcome from locations within a couple hours of Joplin, such as central and southwestern Missouri, northwestern Arkansas, southeastern Kansas, and northeastern Oklahoma. We welcome discussion about the primary Mopar makes (Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge and DeSoto) as well as AMC, Kaiser, Nash, Hudson, Willys and Jeep/Eagle. Let's talk about local car shows, cruises, swap meets, drag racing, parts availability, customization, restoration, as well as tech issues and just share stories about our cars. Discussion is preferably limited to antiques and muscle cars (25 years old or older) rather than newer Mopars.
