I just got back from a visit to Uncle Glenn's and boy oh boy is this
bike cool! It looks to be ready to add fuel and rip! Really though
there a couple of thousand of little details to finish but Glenn Kyle
definately has not been sleeping on the job. Take some time and look
over the latest pictures that I have posted and see some close-up's of
our efforts to enter the record books. A few tibits of info on the
frame; Wheelbase 67 inches, 19 inch rims at each end, 39 degrees of
rake out front with 36mm Kawasaki forks shortend for drag racing. The
rigid rear has solid swingarm bushings with cross bracing and
adjustable struts in place of shocks. I'm working out the shape of the
front fender and salt spray control. It will be tricky to get air where
I need it without the salt migrating everywhere at speed. Same goes for
the rear. It will have to have a rear barrier to keep the electrics and
other sensitive bits clean. Keep checking back for more!
