Gay Bikers/Motorcyclists in the Greater Palm Springs, CA area, working to correct discrimination and prejudice against bikers.

"Greater Palm Springs Pride" (GPSP) has been entrusted by the greater Palm Springs community to organize and produce OUR Pride Parade. Currently, no motorcycles are allowed in "THEIR" parade.

PRIDE RIDERS approached GPSP to determine why this was, and to address any concerns they may have. The public views this motorcycle ban as discrimination. It is clearly prejudice. Palm Springs should LEAD the way in Non-Discrimination. Instead, we are trying to "catch up" with other cities which have been down this road, and have already realized how this is prejudiced, exclusionary, and discriminatory.

PRIDE RIDERS is proud to be working with GPSP to address their "concerns", and is proud to have received the committment of GPSP to resolve their concerns, and to fully include motorcycles in next year's parade!

Let's take back OUR parade, and put an END to DISCRIMINATION, INTOLERANCE, and PREJUDICE!
