About our club,

We do NOT discriminate based on make or model of scooter. New or Vintage, we don't care, we're more interested in the people. We try not to make anyone feel unwelcome because they don't own a "Classic". Remember, those "Classics" were once the cheapest, most disposable thing on the road.

We do a LOT. During the summer there will be an event almost every weekend. We go to just about every scooter rally within 500 miles. That can be a lot of travelling and a big expense. We don't ask that you attend every event, we only ask that you bring your energy and enthusiasm about this great hobby to our group and help out where you can.

What's with the "Pride Of Cleveland" anyway?

Years ago when we started going to scooter rallies there were just one or two of us from Cleveland. Even though there were only a few of us, we were highly motivated and attended sometimes out of state rallies a year. When we were thinking up a name for our club it became a natural fit that we would be the "Pride Of Cleveland Scooter Club". We're all very happy to be living in Cleveland, we know it's a great city for scootering, and we're all ambassadors for Cleveland everywhere we go. We're proud of the many scooterists that have left other cities to live and work here.

Anyone can be an "Associate Member" these are the friends of the POC. You can get in touch with us to get an Associate Member patch (as seen above) to show your support.

To become a "Active Member" you must show your commitment to the club in a manner that is recognized by other members. The most traditional method is to attend an out of state rally. There is no petition, you'll know you've made it when we approach with the "POC Wings".
