No your about an inch out. Extrend your nerl on the side that is short. That is the swivel that you put the bolt through to attach it to your belly plate....

I did that nerl adjustment. All it appeared to do was to put the rig at an angle from the saddle bags, it made the trailer hitch ball move to the side a bit....
