I don't think you'll find many modern bikes with a flatter seat than the
V-Strom, it just isn't the style. Well, you could get a Triumph, Bonneville ;)
If you needed to make up for the dip of the driver seat, you could put a
sheepskin pad or an air-hawk pad for you. Just a thought.
Good luck picking a bike. I have a Wee-Strom and really like it. Plenty of
power for 2-up and I get almost 60mpg highway.
