forget the switch, bypass it, either at the switch location, or in the headlight shell. just solder the two wires together. after all you have the main "kill"...

I agree with Mikes suggestion.---- I personally never use the kill switch and sometime I accidentlly hit the darn thing and then wonder why it won't start ... ...
