Bloody Hell mate, you've had the rough end of the pineapple all round haven't
you. From your fellow builders leaving you in the lurch to now this sort of
shit. Hope the final phase goes OK Paul, if there's one person who should've had
rego by now it's you. I guess it's bitter sweet but it makes the car worth a lot
more once you have the approved Engineering papers and the Rego certificate in
your hands. Good luck with it.

I'm just finishing off the rebuild of Greg Rowell's original car, only taken 17
months :-( I didn't ask enough questions and finished up having to do my own
Engineering as in torsion test etc, the Engineer is a bit like yours and is as
slack as, but is insisting the car goes thru it's braking and lane change tests.
probably going to cost in the region of $400-555.00 just for the tests because
of the track charges, and I think his next test day in while we're away in
Jindabyne. Hopefully registered by Christmas,

Regards Paul.
Keep in touch re the rego.
Mike.

     G'day Mike,

Won't be in Jindy, being stuffed around something chronic, by engineer and
QldTpt.. 3 or 4 months now, last problem was engineer "forgot" to include
   the brake test results.
He said "I will see if I can find them, and post them in".... that was a few
   days ago...
I should add here, all issues so far have not been mine, car if fine,
handling & quality of paperwork has been all the problems.

3 months is actually pretty polite, I started hounding the engineer just
after I returned from Adelaide, took about 6 months just to get to talk to
him, took nearly 18 to get him to do final inspection.... July or August
   this year.... still waiting.

Pretty much at (or maybe past) the point of regretting ever starting the
build, should have done a hotrod would have been easier & quicker.... and
the scar would have been well healed by now :-)

Probably see you in Adelaide in two years, unless I get the urge to do a
road trip.... although the last one to Adelaide was 5500 k's in the week.

   Thanks,
   Regards Paul H

   No problem Paul,
It was obvious it was spam, I just sent a message with the
content to my anti virus provider.
   Regards,
   Mike.
P.S. see you in Jindy. ;-))
