Not at all. The only thing I've seen that is right about the T9 is that it is
narrow.
We pulled the MTX75 off the Katrina Focus' engine and found the inside covered
with oxidized aluminum flakes. Not likely to sell it for much! I'm wondering
what can be done with the bell from it. Has a very nice internal hydralic throw
out bearing setup.

I've been told the T5 input shaft requires some machining to fit the pilot
bearing. It's worthwhile as the T5 is a better transmission - cheaper, more
readily available, and easier to get parts for. I just rebuilt a $50 T5 for
~$250. Not bad, considering the rebuilt T9 in my car was ~$1000.
