Hey good to hear from you.
Lets get right to it. I have 3 ideas in mind for the front suspension.
I have 2 ideas that will run a shock on each side and one idea that is like the
Indycycle/Sportcycle with a mono shock idea. If I go with the shock for each
side then I will need a swaybar. If I go the mono idea, I wont need one. Also,
If I go the mono idea I have a way to build in adjustments for different shocks.
The first thing I need to do is work on the front chassis sections. I have them
planned out but not cut or welded yet. Believe it or not I have had rain
everyday...a couple of days with tornado warnings and one day with an actual
tornado. Before this 3 weeks of havok we spent 2 weeks moving the shop. I have
been so busy or unable to do anything yet. Well, nothing but planning that is.
I started to pull the Miata spindles apart to rebuild and paint them and I have
only been able to start one side...not even finish one side yet...ehhh.
Oh well, I am going to see if I can borrow a good welder from a friend and see
what type of progress I can make.
As for the rear swingarm...I have not been able to get there yet, but I have
some ideas.
Good to see you have been progressing. I plan on having something for Carlisle
next year...my wife is making me take something. ;)
I also plan on being in the same area as I was this year. It would be great if
we could get a bunch of us there...with some rides.
Seeya!

And finally, are you planning an anti-roll bar for the front?

together. I've got all the parts back from the waterjet shop, and I'm waiting
for a few pieces from the machine shop. Once I get them I can really make some
progress, I'm hoping to have it on the road by Labor Day.
