set the idle at 1500 not 1000 use the choke to light it off then turn the choke off hold the idle up by twisting the right grip : )~ till it warms up I wait...

The idle is 1000 when I try to start it , and when engine is warm it goes to 1600 . When I use the choke or the hotstart button the starting condition is worse...

i have to say from my experience with the fcr 41 carb or the mikuni 42 (i now have) set up with a choke(enrichment type) there was no problem at all on start...
