Has any one had any automatic transmission problems? I bought my 2004 Unlimited with 9000 miles on it. It has always made a kind of intermittent rubbing noise

I have an 2008 Unlimited with the 6 speed transmission. No loud noises and shifts fine. BUT, I have had severe water leaks (soft top) down both A pillars
