Faust Auto Body at 1854-2nd Avenue by the Des Moines River is the best in
the state. They give estimates that are competitive, and their work is
superb and guaranteed. If it's not done right the first time (and it is
always right) or if you are not satisfied, they will make it right. If your
insurer tries to insist on another shop with a lower estimate, it's well
worth paying the difference.
Number two in my book is Acheson Auto Body West at 1103 S.W. 63rd south of
the railroad tracks and north of the Raccoon River. They will use your
parts if you want to purchase them separately from an aftermarket supplier.
You can't go wrong with them either. DON'T USE ACHESON AUTO WORKS ON WEST
UNIVERSITY AVE---not the same outfit.

Hello,
My wife was in an accident yesterday. No one hurt but
the car. Her 325 touring now has a big crease on the
driver's side rear quarter panel. I am looking for
recommendations of body shops that members have used in
the past and been satisfied with the work done. As BMW
rims appear to be made out of warm butter, I am also going
to have to replace the left rear rim as it has several pea
size chunks missing with sharp edges. Thanks in advance
for the recommendations.
