Dear Listmates, Just bought a used 2007 Prius with the hymotion PHEV system. I pick it up Friday. Just wondering what I should look for in performance.

Understood about the cord gauge, thought you might be suggesting "higher" as in numerical value since 10 gauge cord is less common than 12 and "lower". FWIW,

Ron, What gauge extension cord do you use? I was under the impression that a 12 guage cord was better than a 14 or 15 guage. Do you leave your block heater on

Hi again;   If your prius is a 2006 or older, change out your 12v battery. They can cause all kinds of problems with hymotion, and normal operation of you
