Thanks for your note. You raise a good point about documentation
regarding the bike's serial number. There are several sites on the
web that mention that my bike's number was first, e.g. "The serial

Anyway, I seriously doubt that Jay would be interested (although he
has shown an interest in automatic transmission bikes) ... Jay lives
somewhere near me in Los Angeles too -- I saw him once puttering along
on Coldwater Canyon Blvd. on what must have been an 90-year-old car.
If Jay Leno is interested, I hope he uses ebay :-) No bids yet on the
bike, starting at $650, which is less than I paid for it and I thought
was reasonable?
