So everyone loves the EU2000....  but while most don't hate the EU3000, it's a LOT heavier to lug around.... so that makes me wonder, is Honda ever gonna make...

It's an interesting and valid point. I don't know how many sales Honda loses but I know of one RV community where the standard roof AC is bit much for a Honda...

I'm going to play the devils advocate for Honda here. In a way, Honda has this niche already filled. Parallel two 2K's. The two 2K's weigh about a third less...

I had exactly the same problem. A cold start on a very cold soaked 2K with outside temps in the mid 20s. I put the problem down to a thicker viscosity oil...

Mike, Petroleum based oil. My 2K is 2 years old and has 11 measured hours so I'm still doing the breakin. Will change to synthetic after breakin is complete....
