Yes the photo shows a three prong plug but it is used to pick up the ground only. The two spades are not wired. All power passes through the shielded banana

The photo shows the use of standard three prong electrical plugs. When used for parallel operation this is a VERY dangerous operation. If a plug is pulled

Yes (name?), You can use up to three generators from the 1000 to 3000 with this kit from wisesales.com. Below is the link and text from their web site

I don't know of it being done. With that said, I would not recommend it. There is no way to balance the load between the to or insure the 1K unit yould not
