I have used Happy Trails welded aluminum boxes on a R1100GS, Quota, KLR650, and my Dakar 650. No problem with any of them and I have never crashed on them yet....

I have had both an R1100GS and a Quota. I love my Quota, the beemer is in some ways a more advanced motorcycle. It has better brakes and better fuel injection....
