I didnt use the carbon fibre as I couldnt see a neat way of doing the curves by the switches in the centre console. I bought the film via ebay, it wasnt cheap...

Poly bushes come in different hardness's so you need firstly to think about what you want to achieve. You can fit hard ones that keep the suspension geometry...
