Hi Marc,
There's still some of the old hands around. I expect a message shortly
from some chap who lives in a North Lincs onion field and shoots rats for
a living...or something.
Anyway, starting a long-standing GT4 should be be easy. Check all your
fluids etc, pull the EFI fuse and crank it for a few bursts to build some
oil pressure - no EFI fuse = no fuel flooding the cylinders. Stick the EFI
fuse back in (remember to turn the car off first!) then give her a try...
