My 97 has 132,000 and last oil change they said there was signs of a
very minor transfer case leak. Nothing to worry about yet. I sure
love our little rig. The worst thing I can think about on my Explorer
is the seat belts are a nuisance to reach and the electric door
switches are not reliable and doesn't most of the time unlock the
rest of the car from the drivers side. So passenger has to open with
her key most of the time.
