You'll see like 4 bolts on the outside of the frame around the heater fan. Remove them & the fan unit pulls out. Nake SURE that you have vacuum to the center...

You can see the vac motor from underneath (depending on how big you are) just block it good & have someone shift it (keep it in park!) and you can see it shift...
