I doubt it probably just an automatic driver . Did any of your 413's have timing
gears and no chain.
I didn't start the post about 413's and like others here am only supplying info.

And I have helped a bud and worked on a ramp-truck with a two-speed
axle and manual trans...many many years ago. It had the MUCH larger
tires and it DID NOT have a 8 bolt crank.
