Description
Econosrus is not the biggest early Econoline group, nor is it intended to be. But we sincerely hope it's the best.
This is a friendly happy place to talk about the 1961-1967 Ford Econoline van and pickup and the closely related Falcon Club Wagon and Station Bus (and their Canadian Mercury cousins) the history of these vehicles and related topics. Vins are happily decoded and added to our registry. If you'd like a VIN decoded privately write any moderator.
We dont have a set of formal rules but there are a few things that will ABSOLUTELY NOT be tolerated. Derogatory posts directed toward individuals, name calling and profanity are absolutely off limits. Yahoo has it's own set of rules and those must be followed as well. Please, we do not allow discussion of politics or religion. No personal agendas, spam or pi$$ing matches.
Debate is encouraged as long as its respectful. Posts should be focused on the item being discussed, not the person. Arguing among members will not be tolerated. Removing members and or posts is done as a last resort.
Our group is powered by ~;~Econoline Faeries~;~ The friendly atmosphere we provide for them here lets them supply us with the answers to the really tough questions that may otherwise go unanswered or wrongly answered elsewhere. Please respect our faeries and other members.
Membership in this group is at the discretion of the group owners and moderators. In order to discourage spammers and bogus members, membership will be denied if the applicant has an invalid email account or invalid Yahoo profile.

Re: Rear End Swap
Mark, congrats on quitting, sanding and painting will take your mind off just about anything. Most "car" rear ends sit above the springs, rather than below
