Welcome to the Des Moines Iowa VROC.
We came together out of our love of riding and the Kawasaki Vulcan line of bikes. Many of us have traded our Vulcan's for other brands, but really enjoy the people we meet thru this group. What brought us together was the Vulcan, what keeps us together are the friendships that formed and our love of riding. No matter what you ride, please check us out and see if you would like to join our group.
This is a Central Iowa chapter of the Vulcan Riders and Owners Club for the purpose of organizing rides and a meeting place for all members of VROC. If you're not a member of VROC be sure and go to www.vroc.org and join, you'll find a wealth of information there about Vulcans. Des Moines Iowa VROC, just like the national VROC, does NOT censor language, however, language that could be considered offensive to someones race, religion, creed, color, sexual orientation etc, will not be tolerated. Please read the following excerpt below stolen from the Main VROC site:
"As with many places on the Internet, there is no filtering or censorship of language or discussion that may prove offensive to some. As with groups anywhere in society, you will find many individuals here who express themselves in different ways. If you are easily offended by or have no tolerance of occasional profanity, this may not be the group for you. Please take this into consideration before joining."
