Yes, most of the larger military vehicles had and still have utility hitches on the rear as well as on the front....the pintle ring hitch is one of these....

Chuck, What Direct Parts will sell you is a new 23 HP jug which has the plug on top and a new 18 hp piston and rings.... this jug was used on the newer 23 hp...
