Check with www.smallenginewarehouse.com They carry a line of chinese engines that are copies of Hondas. I think they sold under the 'Power Train" brand....

The Honda C-70 50 and 55 cc engines had only three speeds and an automatic clutch. Kinda reminds me of how Communist Russia got it's first heavy bomber . ....
