Get on 422 from Bulter exit towards Armstrong county, go two exits and
get off. Follow the first left off the exit road for about 3-4 miles
and there is a yard there with at least 2 regular citations and 1
black x-11 (rough condition and no tires at all).

And off rte 19 a few roads on the left going north from Wagner's
truck/van/foreign, this I found by accident from the wagner's horrible
directions. It is a little small junkyard with two citations.

If you go to the road just after Wagner's and turn right (follow for
about 3 miles): he might have a citation after talking to the
junkyard about 1 1/2 from his, since no one was at the junkyard.
