One other thing. If you go looking for someone to insure with a stated
value policy, a lot of the bigger insurances companies don't directly sell
these. You might need to go to a local broker that deals and can write
policies for multiple companies. Just be careful that it's a reputable
company and also beware of the brokerage fees they'll charge to write the
policy. They can range from $50-300 sometimes.
