I was thinking about removing the installed coffee maker in my 2002 Premier, and
looked at the mounting piece with the bolts/screws coming down. But, I can't
figure out how to remove it. Do you have to rip up the carpet lining in the
cabinet above? Is that where the screws/bolts come from? Help would be
appreciated.

My only other option is to remove the basket and pot and use that cubby hole to
store a few small items. ( I just use the LP stove to heat up water quickly in
a traditional stainless steel tea kettle with Kava instant coffee....I use the
extra hot water for a few other things as well.)
