when u replaced the plug what did you replace it with ? u may find different plugs provide spark where others didnt. case in point i bought a plug from Stan....

My scooter was manufactured on 4/15/06, and I took delivery on 6/7/06. I just turned over 1850km. So the roller weights really shouldn't look THAT worn........
