I'd check the valves, the mileage you have and the fact it takes the full warm
up to start acting up, the valves may be getting too tight. I'd use a
compression checker, check the compression when cold, should should good, then
check the compression when it's heated up, I'll be the compression is below the
cold checked number.

problem I am having. When I go out and start it for the first time it starts
right up no problem. Then when I start to ride everything seems to be great.
After I would say 10 to 15 minutes it start to feel as though it is cutting in
and out usully while driving at a steady speed like 40 45 mph ect. I have to
work the throttle to get it back up to speed. Then when I stop at a stop light
it will seem to idle a little rough and will shut off if I do not give a little
gas to keep it running. Then I stop to go into the store and when I come back
out it takes a long time to start it cranks over and over but when it starts it
will idle a little high until I get going and then Its all over again on the way
home.
