Thank you for your input... I have already gotten that very advice from one of my friends and I have already installed it along with a Malware program. Thank you for all your attention and help. When things like this happen it is great to know others care.
Thanks again,

Thank you for your understanding and help... This problem has been time consuming for me. People that do things like this have WAY too much time on their hands. Thanks again for understanding,

It has been purchased by a member of Bn.com, and will be fine...
You can post and do everything regularly on BN.com, without having to
fall back on this site...

Despite the recent shocks I'm confident that BuggyNews will be sold
and will continue on as Steve wished. Legitimate offers have been
made and Jamie is doing a great job piloting the ship through stormy
seas. Please be patient and things will work themselves out.
In the meantime I encourage you to bookmark this site and check back
here for information if BuggyNews should experience downtime.

See http://www.buggynews.com for the main buggy site. I'm switching this group to require posts to be reviewed by myself before they are
posted due to out of control spamming on the Yahoo! Groups.

Greetings,
Yes, I started this Yahoo group and then moved the discussion over the
the BuggyNews server
so that we could have more control, options, and reliability (especially
at the time almost 2 years
ago Yahoo groups seemed to be having a lot of trouble) Anyhow...
From what I can see it appears you never found your authorization email
and clicked the link
it contained to finish setting up your account. This often happens if
the email is in your SPAM
folder because your email service may have thought that the
BuggyNews.com email wasn't to
be trusted or wanted.
I will turn it on now... if you can't remember your email contact me at
admin@...
Hope that helps,
Steve

Do you Yahoo!?
Everyone is raving about the all-new Yahoo! Mail beta.
http://new.mail.yahoo.com
If you haven't already, definately check out www.buggynews.com
Your post will be seen by FAR more people and you will get more responses.
That said, I would lean towards the valve guide or oil seals assuming
your rings are okay.
Have you seen a good GY6 service manual? TANK makes a great one (for
scooters, but it all applies) See the service manual section at
BuggyNews. Tank is the first, top thread in that forum section:
http://www.buggynews.com/viewforum.php?f=44
Do you have a decent filter on that buggy? Dirt shouldn't have gotten
past a well maintained, good filter system. Some of these karts
(older models mostly) come with a really crappy foam filter system
that lets a lot of dust and dirt in. Those engines end up with these
problems easily. Others have a better cannister and paper filter
system.... Even better, run a well oiled UNI with an outer wear
installed.

I have a Twister with a GY6 150cc motor. Took it to west Texas where
it was rode like an army mule. Started smoking badly. Pulled the head.
Cylinder was scored. Bought an oversized cylinder from Awesome
Buggies. Top of new piston is 2.260", skirt is 2.283". New cylinder
bore is 2.292".
I'm running synthetic 10w-40 oil.
My problem is that this thing smokes like an old Cheech and Chong
movie.
I have the motor apart right now and am about to order new valves and
seals. Is my piston to cylinder bore clearance correct. It sure seems
loose to me?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

PS. I want to buy another buggy but can't justify it with this one not
running.
BuggyNews datacenter is down. We are hosted out of Los Angles and
apparantly there is a currently a power outtage in that city.
Power outage at the datacenter
Posted 1 minute ago (July 28th, 2006 at 1:46 pm PST) by Ralph
There has apparently been another power outage at the datacenter. One
of the generators caught fire and they were taken offline. We're
waiting for more information and we'll post here as soon as we hear
anything.
Buggynews is down at the moment due to a multitude of hardware
failures. Dreamhost was actually having problems all day, but it
didn't apparantly affect the webpage until early this evening after
even more hardware failures occured.
Hopefully we'll be up soon.
Sorry for all the trouble guys (And gals)
-Steve
Dreamhost is under incredible loads right now with a large Denial of
Service attack affecting many of their hosted websites, including
BuggyNews.com
Hopefully things will be rectified more quickly this time... Stay tuned!
Those looking for Buggynews.com right now are getting a blank page.
The server that it is sitting on at Dreamhost has crashed. Dreamhost
is aware and working on the issue.
-S
Our newer and very active forum is at www.buggynews.com
Come check us out.
Stu from Blade is a regular user there.
