Check the Files Section for details of the recalls and all Catera TSB's, including engine recalls good for 7 years/100,000 miles. If you have not had engine warranty work done, purchasing an after-market extended warranty may be advisable. Check your VIN with a dealer to determine if the recalls were performed and/or which recalls may still be appropriate.

Notice: A likely fix has been found for cars with persistent alignment and/or tire feathering wear issues. The problem appears to center around bushings in the Front Lower Control Arms. See the Messages, Files and Photos sections for further details and a Draft service procedure/bulletin. There is also a TSB for 97 and some 98 Cateras that wear inside tire edges.
