RE: [Can-AmMotorcycles] What was the Black Widow?

I've never ridden my MX-3 because I've yet to put and engine in it, but from the reviews I've read from back in the day, it was a handful. I think it had as much to do with the brutal hit of the engine as much as anything wrong with the chassis since as Rae says the Qualifiers are essentially the same frame and they were fine.

The biggest technical differences were the Qualifiers had straight leg long Betor forks and the MX-3 had Marzzochi leading axle forks.

It was actually the MX3, nicknamed the Black Widow. The primary
difference, in my view, is that you can actually ride a Qualifier.
