From: mst45555 Hi, My heater control valve (i think thats what they call it) which is on my left side exhaust is causing issues and I was going to weld it open since I live in california and there's never any cold morning starts. My choke has already been disconnected.  My question is when its cold I'm assuming that the butterfly is closed and when it warms up it opens. Is this correct? Just wanted to make double sure before I tacked it up.
