Re: Replacement Seat Covers - Any Recommendations?

Hey Steve,

On the quality of workmanship that 'Joemama1931' does, i bought a complete buddy
seat for my CT110 and was more than impressed with the quality of the work. It
could quite easily have been an original seat for the bike. The seat for the
CB250 looks equally impressive and i would not hesitate to buy one.

Cheers

Adam

> Has anyone tried one of the seat covers offered on eBay by Excel Custom
Forming, Inc.? Their eBay store is "joemama1931". The seat cover they have on
eBay right now is item no. 120431237087.

Gotcha. Now we're on the same page. Yes, I was just asking if anyone had any experience with them. I plan on buying a kit and doing it myself. After all, you...

I sincerely apologize for offending you. You're absolutely right. My reference to the dealers should have been directed more towards Honda itself. I just feel...

... What you paid for your used bike is not part of the equation. The CB250 is a $3799 motorcycle and Honda only sells new parts for it. To get the Walmart...

Buy enough parts and you'll feel like they're all overpriced. I bought some 1/2" x 4" bolts from Caterpillar that were (IIRC) $8 each. Prices seem to be...
