If it is like most fuel pumps mounted on the side of the timing cover, 2 bolts holding it, fuel clamps on the hoses or maybe a steel line going from the pump...

Ahh, the cam itself won't have any holes in it other than the one for the gear. If the gear has holes in it, then you should be getting oil in there....
