There is a copy of a Buell Blast service manual in the file section of the following yahoo group:

The-Buell-Blast on yahoo.

So if you found this Buell group on yahoo you should have no problem finding this one. 

FYI, the Blast has not had any major changes throughout its model years so that service manual should work for you.  Most all the changes have been upgraded quality or safety items such as better gaskets or in very early Blasts around 00-01 Blasts a replacement drive sprocket on the rear wheel (if memory serves correctly)

This group is all about the Blast.  You'll find a lot of good tips, tricks, aftermarket upgrade suggestions along with some very knowledgable people about the Blast.  I'm afraid I don't q qualify as a Blast expert but i'm learning.  ;>)
