I've also hear about umbrella valves being put in the wrong spot. They should be on the intake side of each rocker box. I don't know what the effect is of

If the oil isn't overfilled I'd go back to Wolf Logan's suggestion of checking the breather system. The breathers should be routed from the cylinder heads

Thanks James, we have done the oil level thing and still, after some riding it blows the oil tank cap off. What else could you suggest we look at? Its not the
