Hmmm. Sounds like a good plan. Next we need a quick way to transfer
the factory tuning over to the Megasquirt or at least get the basic
maps for timing. Trial and error takes time and is risky. Been
there, done that. Anyone have a simple engine simulator for this?
Really it does not even need to fit inside a Motronic case just as
long as it is about the same size and has the same connector. Let me
know when you have it ready :->

So Here is a thought? What about laying out a megasquirt EFI unit inside a Bosch unit and get: 10 bit a/d serial data stream for logging tuning with flash...
