Sounds like you have a caliper that is hanging up. It's keeping the brakes on, with no pedal pressure. This could be a bad caliper, or it can be a bad hose....

If the bushing that supports the visor in the center, near the rear view mirror it shot, try slipping some rubber hose over the tip. It may add some friction....
