You should assemble but finally tighten the suspension up when the car is fully reassembled and loaded as though it was running on the road, ie alll parts, fuel and I would suggest one person.

 If you tighten the Silentbloc rubber/ metal bushes in a full droop or full load condition they will rip out when they go through full travel / flex to the opposite direction.

 There is no workshop manual for this operation but there are parts books etc  available from the BEC .
