Not a bad idea, if it is what I'm thinking. Basically an adapter that has mates onto the stock drum, but has studs coming out in the Toyota pattern to hold...

The flower shape, is it three diamonds (Tri-Di)? If so, your trailer is a Mitsubishi. After WWII, Mitsubishi made exact copies of the 1/4 ton jeep trailers....
