Ask yourself the usual questions: When was the last time it ran without this problem? What has been done to the bike since that time? If the bike has been sitting for a while; did you drain the petrol, have you cleaned the carb since?
Probably not jets, but the float could be stuck.

can anyone tell me (before i top myself) what causes my d7 to flood to the extent petrol comes out the bl@@@y silencer , could it be jets ??
