Bruno the picture with the steering wheel is the 51 centre unit it has the flying A in the centre hard to see it the actual steering wheel is off a 51 ford prefect which looks identical to the austin one except the horn centre is plain brown the second picture of the horn button of the pair of wings is the type you need for your 48 model the horn surround is the same on the earlier models thru to 51maybe 52 they changed after that. brent

Bruno i just took a pic of a similar part of my 51 devon the 48  had a set of wings on the horn centre mine the later 51 model had the flying A just so you get an idea of what you are looking for i discovered a 1951 ford prefect surround is identical so would  work and i have i think part of an old morrie one which looks the same as well you would only need to change the centre horn button  the shape of the switch is slightly different but very close to original as you can see in the photo the only other difference is the length of tubing as these will vary between different cars but an easy job to lengthen they would work and not look out of place just another option and there are loads of prefects  around the steering wheel looks identical as well same diameter and hub looks the same just not sure of the spline is the same i found that interesting not surprising as british made possibly sourced from the same manufacturers hope that is helpful regards brent
