Definately no dipsticks on the 6 cyl.  I have checked my 2003 Chevy Malibu also and they are lacking them.  There is however a fill cap on the driver side...

Have your ignition modular replace it sends a single to the injectors to open... you should have some engines codes that will cover this problem...  If not...
