The Alaska Chapter of the Electric Auto Association was organized to:
Promote Electric Powered Transportation from scooters, bikes, buggies, ATV’s, street registered cars & trucks and racing vehicles.
Organize Events to increase public awareness and to interest Alaska students in Engineering & Design of the future of transportation.
Act as a User Group / Support Group for those looking to either build or buy an electric vehicle in Alaska.

Don, I spent about 3 weeks in Fairbanks last winter with my 2009 Prius. The car warms up pretty fast even in cold (-35) temperatures. I didnt have any problems
Does anyone have experience with the Prius in Fairbanks cold? Not so much concerned about mileage, but is it warm? How long does the heater take to warm up?
Mike, For the most part I agree with this calculation. However, assuming all my assumptions are correct for the height and width for the Pinto. I think the
