Re: [AZSubaru] Service

Thanks for going through all the trouble, but that is now the third
different story that I have been told. I saw the amount of mud that came
off the bottom of my car, they showed it to me. and the amount was a bucket
full of water and mud, mostly water from what I saw. Anyway I do know what
the bottom of my car looked like, and like I said I spent an hour on it with
a high pressure hose. The main point is that the problems I was having
started 3 to 4 weeks after the mud. Oh yeah, they still exist. Also my
brother saw the underneath of my car and also wonders what car they where
looking at because we both know for a fact that the rear differential was
not covered with mud. The springs I have, could not make the noise and are
not the problem. they have been on for four months now with no problems.
Also if my car was a disaster to the lead tech at subaru after one trip on a
rainy city dirt road then I feel sorry for the people that bought subaru's
and live in rural areas and may have warranty issues. God forbid if they
may have some mud under their car, then it would be considered a disaster
and have multiple mud problems that don't get fixed.

Sorry, I really do appreciate the time and effort you put in to try to help,
but I don't feel I was treated right and the problems I have and seem to be
stuck with, won't be fixed without a hassle. It has never been about the
mud but the treatment and the constantly changing story from subaru.

Brian
